The obligation to pay exists regardless of your attendance. The agreed-upon payments must also be made in the event of interruptions or absences.
Every change to your booking (e.g. postponing a course) costs €80. Once the course has started, it can no longer be postponed.
(1) Withdrawal, cancellation or postponement of a course is only possible by written declaration.
(2) If the course participant does not provide a substitute participant to take over the contract, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- In the event of cancellation up to 4 calendar weeks before the start of the course, 50% of one month's fee (or the fee paid) is due as a cancellation fee.
- In the event of cancellation within the last 28 calendar days before the start of the course, 100% of one month's fee (or the fee paid) is due as a cancellation fee.
- Once the course has started, it is no longer possible to cancel the course and course fees will not be refunded.
If a teacher is unavailable, a replacement teacher will be assigned and/or cancelled lessons will be made up.
The course fees include participation in the course, correction and commenting on assignments and tests, and professional support. On request, you will receive a certificate of attendance free of charge.
All personal data collected from participants will be treated in accordance with data protection regulations.
